TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EXPLORER. EVERY TIME THE KEY WAS IN THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE DOOR AJAR AND DRIVER SWITCH TO PARK WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. ALSO, THE CHIME SOUNDED WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLOSED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SAME FAILURE OCCURRED EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
