TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOORS WAS RUSTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER WHO STATED THAT IT WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THAT MAKE AND MODEL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REMEDIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 25,000.
