Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE EQUIPPED WITH GOODYEAR TPCSPEC1263MF (NA) TIRES, SIZE: P255/60R19. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED, WHICH INDICATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE TIRE PRESSURE WAS LOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DRIVER SIDE TIRE WAS PUMPED WITH AIR, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
