Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE COULD NOT BE STARTED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE STARTER WAS REPLACED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STARTER WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
