CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED WHEN SLOWING FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT. FOOT SECURELY ON THE BRAKE. SPEED UNDER 5 MPH. NO FLOOR MATS OR INTERFERENCE WITH THE THROTTLE OF ANY KIND.
