Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY WITHOUT WARNING AND THE ENGINE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLUTCH FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 18,000.
