Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BLOWER MOTOR MALFUNCTIONED AND WOULD NOT OPERATE USING THE FIRST THREE SETTINGS. THE BLOWER WOULD ONLY OPERATE IN THE NUMBER FOUR AND FIVE SETTINGS DUE TO AN ELECTRICAL SHORTAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,500.
