TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING UP AN INCLINE AT APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO JERK WHEN SHIFTING BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND GEAR. THE FAILURE OCCURRED 12 TIMES IN COLD WEATHER TEMPERATURES OF 30 DEGREES OR LESS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000. UPDATED 05/18/16*LJ
