Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SEAT LEVER WAS DEFECTIVE. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO ADJUST THE DRIVER SEAT FORWARD, WHICH PREVENTED THE CONTACT FROM BEING ABLE TO REACH THE BRAKE AND ACCELERATOR PEDALS. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE DEFECTIVE LEVER WAS NOT RECALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
