2014 DODGE DART. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE MALFUNCTION. *SMD THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE REGARDING THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE. THE CONSUMER STATED HE EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WHEN SHIFTING FROM DRIVE TO NEUTRAL, EVEN BEFORE THE RECALL WAS ANNOUNCED. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *JB
