Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JAGUAR XF. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE LEAKED FUEL AND THE ENGINE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ABLE TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. A TECHNICIAN INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FUEL PUMP WAS LEAKING FUEL. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V521000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
