FACTORY MOUNTED ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER DOES NOT PUT OUT ENOUGH VOLTAGE AND CURRENT TO SAFELY STOP A HEAVY TRAILER. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM AND MANY OWNERS ARE EXPERIENCING IT.
