TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW EXPLODED AND SHATTERED WHILE THE DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEFROSTER PREVIOUSLY FUNCTIONED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,900.
