TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-150. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, THE CONTACT ACTIVATED THE DEFROSTER AND THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
