TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 BUICK ENCORE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN INTENSE GLARE THAT IMPACTED VISIBILITY IN WHICH THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WARNING INDICATORS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REMEDY FOR THE CONDITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE CONTINUED WHILE DRIVING DURING THE DAY TIME. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24.
