TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD WINDSTAR. WHILE AT THE LOCAL DEALER FOR A RECALL REPAIR, THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR AXLE WAS CORRODED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V608000 (SUSPENSION). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 187,000.
