TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA PRIUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED UNINTENDED ACCELERATION WHICH RESULTED IN A CRASH IN THE GARAGE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,626.
