Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 JEEP LIBERTY. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE REAR SUSPENSION ARM FRACTURED ON THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
