Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY FOB FAILED TO UNLOCK THE DOORS. AFTER THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR WAS OPENED MANUALLY, THE PUSH TO START FAILED TO OPERATE WITHOUT WARNING. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, THE ALARM SOUNDED INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE CHECK FUEL CAP AND CHANGE ENGINE OIL WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000.
