Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE SUDDENLY FRACTURED FROM THE VEHICLE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE SUSPENSION SHOCKS WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,500. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. MA 10/8 *BF *CN *JB 3/28/18 *TR
