Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEARS FAILED TO UPSHIFT AND DOWNSHIFT AND THE RPMS AND TRANSMISSION WERE NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING EACH TIME THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE ALSO HESITATED TO PICK UP SPEED EACH TIME THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TWICE AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
