Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CONTACT NOTICED A VIBRATION AS WELL AS AN ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTING FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CONTACT INDEPENDENTLY REPLACED THE SHOCKS HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING SHAFT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000.
