Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE VISOR INTERMITTENTLY DROPPED DOWN WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VISOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000.
