Consumer Description

WHEN I ACTIVATE LEFT TURN SIGNAL THE RIGHT TURN SIGNAL ACTIVATES. WHEN I ACTIVATE THE RIGHT TURN SIGNAL IT OPERATES CORRECTLY. ALSO DOESN'T SEEM TO HAPPEN WHEN TILT STEERING IS IN UP POSITION ONLY WHEN TILT STEERING IS IN DOWN POSITION. ALSO WINDSHIELD WIPERS HAVE STOPPED WORKING MID ROTATION. THEN STARTED WORKING AGAIN IN A SHORT TIME PERIOD. I BELIEVE THESE PROBLEMS ARE RELATED.
