TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 50 MPH WITH THE HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHTS ACTIVATED, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO WORK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000. MA 10/5 THE DEALER REPLACED THE RELAY. UPDATED 04/07/16.
