TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE PER WEEK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
