CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE WOBBLES AND SWAYS WHEN FLAT TOWING BEHIND CONSUMERS MOTOR HOME AND PARKING BRAKE ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED THE WOBBLING OR SWAYING OCCURRED WHEN A ROUGH SPOT WAS HIT IN THE ROAD.
