I HAVE A 2003 WINDSTAR AND THE BRAKE LIGHT AND ABS LIGHT COME ON AT THE SAME TIME QUITE OFTEN. IT WILL NOT GO OFF UNTILL YOU TURN OFF THE VAN AND RESTART AND EVEN THEN THEY OFTEN STAY ON.
