Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EDGE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE'S RPMS DECREASED AND THE WRENCH WARNING INDICATOR DISPLAYED WITH THE MESSAGE "CHECK OWNERS MANUAL FOR MORE INFORMATION". THE CONTACT TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTED IT. THE WARNING INDICATORS NO LONGER ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,340. UPDATED 8/21/15*CN
