TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS IN RAIN OR EXCESSIVE SUNLIGHT, THE CONTACT'S VISION IN THE DRIVER SIDE REARVIEW MIRROR WAS OBSTRUCTED BECAUSE THE CHROME AIR VENT CREATED A GLARE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS RECOMMENCED THAT THE WINDOWS BE TINTED. THE WINDOWS WERE TINTED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28. UPDATED 8/19/15*CN
