Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING MY CLUTCH SLIPS GIVING A SHUTTER FEELING AND CAUSING MY CAR TO FEEL AS IF IT WILL STOP. IT ALSO, AT TIMES, MAKES A BANGING SOUND AND IT MOMENTARILY WILL STOP. FORD HAS BEEN TOLD OF THESE CONDITIONS BUT STILL HAS NOT FIXED THE CONDITIONS AFTER TAKING IT INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I AM AFRAID I WILL BE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND IT WILL CAUSE ME TO WRECK.
