TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI GENESIS. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE FRONT WINDOWS WERE LOWERED AND THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW SWITCH BECAME INOPERABLE FOR APPROXIMATELY FIVE MINUTES. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000.
