Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT SPOILER WAS TOO LOW CAUSING IT TO ENCOUNTER THE GROUND WHEN DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHO ADJUSTED THE SPOILER BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED DUE TO THE LOCATION THE SPOILER WAS RE-POSITIONED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FRONT SPOILER CONTINUED TO FRACTURE ESPECIALLY WHEN DRIVING OVER AN UNEVEN PAVEMENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
