Consumer Description

UPON OPENING MY TRUCK USING THE BUTTON ON MY KEYLESS ENTRY, THE TAILGATE DOOR WHEN SLOWLY UP JUST LIKE NORMAL. MY MOTHER WENT TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE TRUCK AND THE TRUNK DOOR SLAMMED DOWN ON HER HEAD AND NECK AREA. I WANTED TO SEE IF THIS WAS JUST ONE TIME, SO I TRIED TO OPEN IT AGAIN, THIS TIME JUST BY PULLING UP ON THE HANDLE, AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED!! I TOOK VIDEO OF THE "FAULTY" DOOR AS WELL. MY MOTHER IS FINE, BUT IF THAT WERE MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, IT WOULDN'T BE THE SAME AT ALL!!! TALKED TO CHRYSLER AND THIS WAS A "FREAK ACCIDENT" AND TOLD ME IT WASN'T A SAFETY ISSUE EITHER SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! *TR
