Consumer Description

RECALL NOTICES P57 & K06 , THE VEHICLE REFUSES TO START AND THROWS AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING THAT THE KEYS ARE NOT PROGRAMMED OR INSERTED WRONG. I KNOW THE P57 INVOLVES THE IGNITION BUT DOES NOT COVER THE SYMPTOMS THAT I AM EXPERIENCING. BUT , WHY SHOULD I TAKE THE VEHICLE IN TO REPAIR ONE PROBLEM UNTIL THE PARTS FOR THE OTHER PROBLEM ARE AVAILABLE. I HAVE BEEN CHECKING EVERY MONTH SINCE THE RECALL WAS ISSUED IN AUGUST 2014 AND THEY ARE STILL UNAVAILABLE. THIS SITUATION HAS LEFT ME WITH A BORROWED VEHICLE AND DISGUSTED. JUST HOW LONG DOES AND WILL IT TAKE FOR THE RECALL PARTS TO BECOME AVAILABLE ? ALSO THERE IS A RECALL ON THE SIDE AIRBAGS FROM 2010 !! THAT STILL STATES PARTS UNAVAILABLE !! REALLY !?!?! 5 YEARS AND NO PARTS ??? *TR
