TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD BANG AND THE PASSENGER SIDE HEAD RESTRAINT EXPLODED. THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED HEARING LOSS IN THE RIGHT EAR, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
