TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE RADIO LIGHTS FLICKERED INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT WAS MADE AWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V489000 (VISIBILITY); HOWEVER, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,000.
