Consumer Description

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE IN THE FALL OF 2014. IMMEDIATELY I BEGAN HAVING DIFFICULTY FILLING THE FUEL TANK. THE FUELING SYSTEM WOULD CONTINUALLY CLICK OFF TIME AND AGAIN WHILE TRYING TO FILL THE TANK. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND OUT THAT SEVERAL CHRYSLER PRODUCTS HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THE FILLER NECK. I ALSO LEARNED THAT CHRYSLER KNEW OF THE PROBLEM AND HAD PUBLISHED SERVICE BULLETINS ON THIS BUT DID LITTLE TO NOTHING TO HELP THE CONSUMER. EVEN WITH A DISCOUNT I HAD TO SPEND $709 TO REPLACE THE NECK. I AM NOT ASKING THAT THEY DO A GENERAL RECALL, BUT IF SOMEONE HAD A PROBLEM THEY SHOULD STEP UP AND RECTIFY THE SITUATION. THIS IS MY FIFTH DODGE RAM, BUT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SOUGHT FOR DODGE TO STEP UP AND HELP. *TR
