Consumer Description

OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS, I HAVE EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS WITH MY 2005 DODGE RAM TRUCK. OCCASIONALLY WHEN SLOWING DOWN TO A STOP LIGHT OR MAKING A LEFT TURN FROM A STOP, THE ENGINE WILL CUT OFF. I IMMEDIATELY TURN THE IGNITION OFF AND THEN BACK ON, AND THE TRUCKS WORKS PERFECTLY AFTER THAT. I FIRST ATTRIBUTED IT TO A STALL OR BAD GAS, BUT NOW BELIEVE IT IS AN IGNITION SWITCH PROBLEM. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER REGARDING THIS, BUT THEY ARE UNWILLING TO INSPECT MY TRUCK WITHOUT FIRST CHARGING AN EXORBITANT SERVICE FEE. I FEEL THIS DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS VERY UNREASONABLE, AS THIS DEFECT WITH THE TRUCK IS A SAFETY HAZARD TO THE DRIVERS AROUND ME. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER MULTIPLES TIMES, AND AM NOW ESCALATING THIS BY FILING THIS COMPLAINT. *TR
