TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 1500. WHEN THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE, THE KEY FELL ONTO THE FLOOR FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE OCCURRED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 157,000. UPDATED 11/02/17*LJ *TR
