Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM FAILED TO PROVIDE ACCURATE DIRECTIONS FOR LOCATIONS. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT ON ONE OCCASION, THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A TURN WHILE ON A BRIDGE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 900.
