TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH PASSENGER SIDE DOORS FAILED TO OPEN OR CLOSE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHERE THE SLIDING TRACK WAS LUBRICATED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
