Consumer Description

I HAVE BOUGHT THIS CAR BRAND NEW AND HAVE HAD TO PUT IT IN THE SHOP OVER THREE TIMES THIS TIME I HEARD A THUMPING SOUND THE SOUND STARTED TO GET LOUD AND WHEN I GEARED TO THE RIGHT IT WOULD BE EVEN WORSE I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY REFUSED TO CHECK THIS ISSUES SAYING THAT DON'T ACCEPT WALK IN WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT THAN THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN I WAS NOT CONTACTED UNTIL 1/20 SAYING IT WAS MY WHEEL BEARINGS ON MY CAR WITH NO OTHER INFORMATION I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR IN WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS FOR JERKING AND THEY ALSO WOULD NOT EXPLAIN THE REASON THE CAR WAS DOING THIS. *TR
