Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA PILOT. DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, WATER TRAVELED THROUGH THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ONTO THE FLOORBOARDS. THE FAILURE CREATED MOLD IN THE VEHICLE AND ELECTRICAL WIRING DAMAGE. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE DEALER STATED THAT WATER WAS TRAVELING THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD. THE WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 250,000.
