Consumer Description

CAR STARTED GRINDING, CRUNCHING, AND SHAKING, AND HAD DIFFICULTY TURNING, ACCELERATING, AND GOING UP HILLS. CAR WAS BROUGHT TO A FORD DEALERSHIP AND MECHANICS WERE TOLD BY OWNER THAT THERE WAS A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. MECHANICS RESET TRANSMISSION, BUT DID NO FURTHER WORK. CAR CONTINUED TO MAKE NOISES, SHUTTER, AND JOLT. WAS BROUGHT TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP ON DECEMBER 2014 WHEN CAR WAS SPUTTERING AT STOPS. MECHANICS REPLACED ENTIRE TRANSMISSION WHEN 23000 MILES ONLY. *TR
