Consumer Description
WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE MY VISIBILITY BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING. MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOP WORKING, SO I HAD TO PULL OFF THE INTERSTATE BECAUSE OF POOR VISIBILITY. THE MOTOR AND THE TRANSMITTER IN THE WIPERS ARE WORKING BUT THEY ARE NOT MOVING AT ALL ON THE WINDSHIELD. *TR
