Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR WINDOW DEFROSTING SYSTEM FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE A DIAGNOSTIC WAS PERFORMED, WHICH LOCATED THE FAILURE AT THE REAR DEFROST WIRING HARNESS. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
