TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA CR-V. WHILE PARKED, THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR CAUGHT FIRE. THE CONTACT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE ELECTRICAL SWITCHES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
