Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SMOKE. THE CONTACT SHIFTED THE GEAR INTO NEUTRAL AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,950.
