Consumer Description

MY DASHBOARD IS DISINTEGRATING, CRUMPLING, OR MELTING. I PROCEEDED TO WIPE THE DASH AND I SAW LITTLE CRUMPS. THE DASH IS VERY SOFT. I STUCK MY FINGERNAIL AND LEFT A NAIL PRINT. WHEN I PUT MY SUN GLARE BLOCKER OVER THE DASH, IT SCRAPES AND SCRATCHES IT. IT IS CRUMPLING AND IT HAS SCRATCH MARKS FROM PUTTING UP MY SUN GUARD. I KNOW IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, SO I DECIDED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. ALSO MY SUN VISOR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WILL NOT STAY UP. THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE SUN VISORS. I HAD THE DRIVER SIDE REPLACE A YEAR AGO. NOW THE PASSENGER SIDE DROOPS AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO GET IT FIXED. THIS IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE CHANGED THEM BOTH WHEN THEY CHANGED THE DRIVER SIDE. *TR
